HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Though I know the pundits are predicting a rough start to 2009, I for one am looking forward to the New Year. I believe that continual negativity begets more negativity (we are constantly bombarded with bad news). Of course, we have to be realistic and face our personal and professional challenges, however I feel particularly hopeful this year. Maybe it’s because I had a great holiday season with my family, or I see potential when others see problems, or maybe it’s due to a new administration. Whatever the case, I am excited about 2009 and wish each and every one of you a fulfilling, successful, healthy, happy and prosperous New Year!

My apologies - but I need to cancel the conference call scheduled for tomorrow due to a number of conflicts - especially that we haven't got round to letting everyone know about the chat session. But instead of phoning in, how about spending the time calling your ten best customers and thanking them for their business? You may find that even more productive!
January Conference Call
Is 2008 looking like it will be a challenging year for you? It may be too early to predict but a lot of radio pundits are using the "R" word. We'll be having another conference call on Jan 31 at 4pmEST during which we can chat about how things are going for call participants so far, brainstorm about how we can meet our challenges, and how we can compete in tough times.
