In 2003, Memphis-based company Interactive Solutions made the Inc. 500 list for the second time in three years. A major accomplishment for founder Jay Myers, but this recognition was almost out of the question for him a year earlier--Myers discovered two employees had embezzled more than $250,000 from the company. Myers, along with Rick Harlow from the U.S. Secret Service, who worked with Myers on his case, will share how the events unfolded and what you can do to prevent such problems at your company.
