Though I know the pundits are predicting a rough start to 2009, I for one am looking forward to the New Year.  I believe that continual negativity begets more negativity (we are constantly bombarded with bad news).  Of course, we have to be realistic and face our personal and professional challenges, however I feel particularly hopeful this year.  Maybe it’s because I had a great holiday season with my family, or I see potential when others see problems, or maybe it’s due to a new administration.  Whatever the case, I am excited about 2009 and wish each and every one of you a fulfilling, successful, healthy, happy and prosperous New Year!
