R. Baker & Son All Industrial Services performed the demolition of JFK'S American Airlines Concourse “C" and Terminal in December 2000 and completed the project by the end of June 2001. This high profile project called for very tight security and very stringent safety precautions. The project was made up of five integrated phases that included selective demolition, interior demolition, and total demolition contractor services. A vast majority of work had to be completed in occupied areas.
