Team Success is Achieved Through Training and Practice...

Krishna outlined for us the qualities it takes to be a great subcontractor but those same qualities must apply to the office staff as well. In the relationship we have with our clients we are the eyes, ears, voice, and hands of each property that we service for them. With the implementation of the 100% compliance program and with it the quality assurance program, it is of utmost importance that we provide the most accurate information possible each and every time we are at a property for any kind of service. To benefit both our clients and ourselves I encourage you to utilize all the previous and upcoming training that is being provided. It is important to remember that we are   one team.

In my experience, a successful team is always one that not only communicates the goals to accomplish but effectively takes advantage of every tool provided to them in order to achieve those goals. For example in sports,  the teams  that come out to be number one, it is because they seamlessly rely on each other to reach that top spot. There may be a key player but  that person can’t do it alone. Each person has a role to play, it is up to us to benefit from the training, and practice to make Maxim the best in the industry. Talk to your client leads, communicate with your follow up processors,  dial in on the “Ask Steve” calls, and continue educating yourself in the everyday process of completing work for our ever growing and changing industry.  

Doing all of these builds  the foundation for being able to create that team both in the office and in the field. Steve has given us each the opportunity to provide input on not only making Maxim a success but becoming an individual, integral part of that success. Through training and involvement we each become a key component and we all benefit from the skills we continue to develop. As mentioned in a few of the previous entries, I think those of us here in the office are anxious to learn more about the processes that are followed in the field. It will help us to translate the expectation of the client into the field as well as equip us to be able to better process the work being completed in the field. I feel that this will align us to be a winning team in this industry and hopefully the kind of team that leads others by the amount knowledge that we can contribute to the clients.
