The Center For Democracy & Technology conducts surveys of the practices of federal, state and local courts in making information public via the Internet. It finds a wide variety of practices and policies, and an important, nearly singular trend. Courts and other government background check services are making their records available to anyone via the Internet, often for free.
Free background checks are being offered by many government sources. Are background checks becoming an "open source" service?

I’ve read and heard a lot of sales gurus and even hired some. Very few of the gurus talk much about CRM.
Tell Me What To Do Not What Not To Do.
We have an obsession in America with telling people what not to do. Don't smoke. Don't pollute. Don't eat fried food. We do the same with our colleagues, our employees and our customers. But telling people what not to do just isn't as effective as telling them what to do. Or better put - amplify the positive instead of trying to fix the negative.
Let me give you an example. What do you think of when I tell you, "Don't eat McDonald's. It's bad for you."
