The business's primary target customer base:

• Small to mid-sized companies

It is not easy to pinpoint a primary customer base. We sell 100,000 products across 6 websites. Each site is focused on a different segment of the market. What I can say is that our original market was educational but that market only contributed to 1/3 of our overall sales in 2007.  Our customers include Fortune 500 companies, small and mid sized companies, institutions, schools, hospitals, government agencies and individuals.  Our product offering is very diverse, with a clear focus on custom design and specialty products.
