We, co-owners, have enjoyed using our acquired knowledge, having worked in corporate America for 14 years, and applying it to growing our own business. Completely self funded and debt free, we enjoy providing great products and service to our customers, while providing an excellent work environment for our employees.  We offer great benefits, a strong retirement plan where we take pride in spending lots of time educating our folks on saving and become financially independent, a fun work place, and professional growth opportunities for our team.

The greatest challenges that the CEO has experienced running his own company are:
We have assembled an excellent team to work with as we've grown the business.  Our biggest challenge has been to temper our desire to grow even faster with our core principles of growing the company debt free.  Also, maintaining nearly perfect compliance and excellent customer service while growing sales from 600k in 2003 to over $4mil in 2006.
