The company currently operates on a project team basis, with aan engagement manager designated to manage each client project or engagement. All Portal Solutions employees involved in a given project work under the supervision of that team leader. Going forward, the company plans to create business units/divisions that will focus on specific practice areas. One such example now under consideration is a CRM business unit.
