DVEO (www.dveo.com) -- the largest division, creates digital television oriented products for broadcasters and cable television system operators. Outstanding products include high definition encoders enabling companies to create high definition video conferencing systems, and products that convert MPEG video to Internet Protocol.

QZEO (www.qzeo.com) -- the second largest division, markets high definition video cameras, multimedia gear, and image processing products aimed at both the broadcast and industrial inspection industries. Here again both industries are undergoing transitions to digital video.
