The United States Black Golfers Association (USBGA), a member-based organization based in Smyrna, Georgia and headquartered in Tampa, Florida will make its debut on May 1, 2008.  The USBGA was founded in 2007 out of a desire to provide a unified, member-oriented entity, whose members could play the game of golf on a beginners, semiprofessional, and professional level.  USBGA will create a dual system that matches the Professional Golfers' Association (PGA®) by creating the USBGA Championship Tour
