PRODUCT RANGE: Baby Basics The core product line of Zutano is Baby Basics. This substantial collection includes over 78 coordinating solid colors, prints and stripes and is offered in 18 classic silhouettes (sizes 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-18m & 18-24m). The entire collection is grounded by a consistent, seasonless palette of colors, allowing for infinite mixing and matching possibilities. Baby Basics are made from 100% cotton interlock fabric and are designed to provide the brightest, most original fashion in everyday garments, without sacrificing comfort and quality of construction. Cozie & Velure The snuggly Cozie collection is made entirely of soft sherpa fleece, in a rainbow of solid colors and one stripe, and layers beautifully with all of the Baby Basics. Zutano’s Velûre line, elegant and popular, offers similar layering opportunities, but it is constructed solely of ultra soft cotton velour. Both the Cozie and Velure lines are offered in the Baby Basics size range. “Toddler Basics”. This well conceived and much anticipated line is an extension of Zutano’s current Baby Basics offerings (which end at 24 months). Toddler Basics covers sizes 2T, 3T and 4T and includes a selection of styles in printed and solid interlock, fleece Cozie and ultra-soft Velûre. Prints and colors match a carefully chosen selection of Baby Basics favorites. Body styles include traditional Basics body styles, like the screen tee, crewneck and legging, but are joined by an elegant new jumper, l/s dress, hooded jacket, tunic and cap. Itzy Bitzy Itzy Bitzy, Zutano’s tiniest line, is carefully designed with most delicate and sensitive new bodies. Exclusively created for newborn infants and preemies under 9 pounds. Each Itzy Bitzy family includes 8 or 9 body styles in solids, stripes and a matching focal pattern. Collectibles Zutano’s seasonal “Collectibles” line launches every Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter and is designed especially for fashion conscious toddlers and young children (sizes 12m to 4T). This premier line uses a sophisticated variety of primarily natural fabrics, including textural knits, wovens, denim and corduroy, and is detailed with creative styling and simple but elegant embellishment. Combined, the Collectibles aesthetic, attention to fit and conscious focus on fashion set it head and shoulders above the average. Accessories Working perfectly with all of Zutano’s diverse clothing is a variety of fun and versatile accessories. Zutano blankets and bibs are made of the same fabric patterns and colors as the Basics line – for seamless coordination. Zutano socks and tights are made from soft cotton, with the perfect amount of stretch, for ultra fit and comfort. 30 assorted sock designs, in three styles, and three styles of tights patterns are unique, but created to match the most popular Basics prints. Plush Toys - Zutano’s lovable family of plush began with the creation of the company mascot, Hip Hoppy the bunny. Hip Hoppy wears miniature Zutano styles, so he and she can be dressed and re-dressed right along-side baby, Today, Zutano plush includes Hip Hoppy, Baby Hip Hoppy (a smaller version of the original who wears only a diaper cover and has a rattle in his belly), Good Dog (sewn in Zutano’s signature sherpa fleece, he is the spokes-pup for the Cozie collection) and brand new Cheeky Monkey (this colorful, velvety simian represents the Velûre line). MANUFACTURING: All Zutano products are responsibly manufactured in Macau, primarily by the same family owned factory that partnered with Zutano when the company began off shore production,15 years ago. Over the years, Zutano’s growth and diversification have added a few more specialized factories to the roster, but by maintaining close and loyal relationships with each one, Zutano keeping quality high and pricing consistent and affordable. DISTRIBUTION: Zutano is distributed nationally and internationally to over 1,500 accounts. In the fourth quarter of 2006 it expanded large-scale distribution into Canada. CORPORATE LOCATIONS: The Zutano Corporate Offices are located in Cabot, Vermont – Every office has a spectacular view and the work environment is bright and colorful. It only takes walking outside of the office building to realize how important location can be in employee enthusiasm and productivity. Rural Vermont’s natural environment truly is good for the soul. The Zutano Company Store is located in the heart of downtown Montpelier, Vermont at 79 Main Street. This little store is filled top to bottom with glowing Zutano product and offers special values to those who make the trip. Zutano also has a quiet area in the store for women that need to breastfeed, and one where small children can play without being underfoot. Special consideration is always taken for our customer’s unique needs – pregnant mothers to be, families with children of all ages and extended family and friends just looking for great gifts all require The Zutano Distribution Center: 50 Packard Road, in East Montpelier, provides full product distribution services for thousands of accounts across the nation, as well as internationally in Canada, Japan and Europe. In 2003 Zutano opened its first New York showroom in Greenwich Village. This location allows Zutano to have an active presence in NYC - close to the children’s clothing market and the heart of the fashion and press communications industry.

In November of 2007 Zutano launched a 500 square foot concept store at FAO Schwarz in New York City one of the oldest and beloved American retailers. This has been wildly successful for Zutano because it showcases the entire product selection.
