Eligibility Information
To qualify for the 2009 Inc. 500|5000, a company must meet the following criteria:
- Privately held
- U.S.-based
- For profit
- Independent (not subsidiaries or divisions of another company) before and leading up to December 31, 2008.
- Additionally, they must have:
- Been founded and generating revenue by the first week of 2005
- Generated at least $200,000 in revenue in 2005 and at least $2 million in 2008

*Also note that if your company is one of the 2009 Inc. 500|5000, your revenue figures for 2005 and 2008 will be published. They will not, however, be included in your IncBizNet profile.
