Since Inder founded Guru.com in 1997, he has served many roles.  Today, he acts as the Innovator, seeing the new paths Guru.com will take to continue to lead the industry in quality and provide users with an optimal experience.  He is a Strategist, planning and analyzing every move, avoiding pitfalls and ensuring success.  His strong work ethic and perseverance in bringing his concept to fruition and breathing new life into it daily makes him a strong Motivator.  As the Company Promoter, he addresses many audiences; spreading the word of the dynamic and cutting edge platform he has created to meet the needs of both Employers and Freelancers worldwide.  He is a dedicated Talent Acquirer, keeping a practiced eye out for the individuals who will turn his ideas into reality. In his spare time, he fills the role of the Leader of Company Operations, overseeing the daily management of Guru.com and the diverse and talented team that drives its successes.
