Marcy contributes her time and efforts by participating on several industry boards and committees. Marcy’s thirst for new technology in the industry has led to modifications in ABC’s equipment platform that has ultimately provided efficient and cost effective solutions for ABC’s clientele.<span>  </span>Her willingness to share information with competitors has been key in improving telephone answering service industry standards worldwide.</span> </p>
