Graduated University of Oregon Journalism School (1983); Radio & TV Broadcast news writer & Reporter 1981-1984; Marketing, PR & publicity experience -- including cultural events, film, professional services, and related (15 years); paralegal, private investigative and legal marketing (12 years). Film production, management, publicity, marketing (5 years).
Current Projects of Interest
Veer, a documentary about the Portland bicycling scene, being released in 2008.
Monster Camp, a documentary about live action roleplaying (www.monstercampmovie.com). Winner of the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Cinequest, and the Jury Prize for Best American Documentary at the Rome International Film Festival. Monster Camp has screened at 18 film festivals in 2007, including Cinequest, the Seattle International Film Festival, Independent Film Festival of Boston, Northwest Film & Video Festival, Jacksonville (Fla.), Connecticut, and Santa Fe film festivals.
FREEDOM STATE - feature narrative (comedy) film screened at eight festivals nationwide including Cinequest, Santa Fe, Sunscreen, Eugene, and Longbaugh (Portland).
