Job Description
Founder and President, Anthropologist and Blue Ocean Strategist
Bio
Andrea J. Simon, Ph.D. is founder of Simon Associates Management Consultants, a consulting firm built around the tools of corporate anthropology that specializes in helping companies change. Dr. Simon has been a professor of Anthropology and American Studies, a visiting professor at Washington University teaching on the subject and a senior executive in management and marketing and branding at financial services companies and healthcare institutions all of which needed to change. Her consulting firm serves clients from small and mid-market companies and entrepreneurs, to organizations in healthcare, colleges and universities, manufacturing companies and those in service industries. Dr. Simon typically works with companies that share a similar challenge--a common need to sustain their growth strategies by creating demand,  finding new customers, building better solutions, designing new innovative customer experiences, seeking clever ways to beat the way to new "market spaces."
Current Projects of Interest

Working on a book about entrepreneurs and mid-market companies that got out of the starting gates and thrived. And those that aren't able to pull out of the center lane and continue to grow. Any stories much appreciated.
