With an eclectic education and a diversified professional experience, Graziano Maldonado has been a business promoter, advisor, administrator and a strong advocate of the free enterprise system for over two decades. He has been invited to lecture before prestigious public and private entities.
Graziano holds the degrees of Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico at San Juan, with a major in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from the Bloomsburg State University of Pennsylvania with a major in management. He has also attended graduate courses at the University of Phoenix, Bucknell University, and is an ABD (All But Dissertation) for the Degree of Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University.
At an early stage of his professional career, Maldonado has been associated with several prestigious consulting organizations such as Price Waterhouse & Co, the Washington based consulting firm Synectics for Management Decisions, and the career transition firm Right Management Consultants. He has also acted as the Controller and Director of Administration for a diversified group of organizations.
He has been a consultant at the higher education level, and also served for over ten years as an Adjunct Faculty for the Graduate School of Business of prestigious higher education institutions such as the University of Phoenix, the Ana G. Méndez University System, the Inter-American University, and Columbia College.
Since 1997 Maldonado has been involved in the design, development and implementation of Internet based distance education and staff training workshops using state-of-the-art instructional technology. He has been certified in distance education, and currently provides organizational training and development services. He is a member of the Worldwide Distance Learning Association (WDLA), and the Hispanic Society of University Professors (HSUP).
As an advocate of the contribution of Hispanics to society, and to foster their welfare and development, Maldonado founded the Hispanic Business Development Network in 2005.
